Finally, a (not so) long-awaited update!

With the game jam being over (and after procrastinating doing the player sprites for quite some time), the major update for Observer’s Trap is here!

Named “Delta Plus” (Δ+), as it stands to be a “quantitative change” on the original version, hopefully for the better.

(Also because it’s a triangle.)

Featuring

Major things

• Somewhat major performance overhaul (Should make your computer, in theory, run a bit less like an air fryer)
• A properly finished ending dialog
• The issing mechanics (see below)

Minor things

The missing mechanics:

• Bits are also awarded by grazing
• Functioning deathbombing mechanic (Guess who did an oopsie in the code?)

Other things:

• The player sprites (About damn time!)
• Minor difficulty rebalancing
• An actual in-game manual for explaining things
• Death visual effects for everyone
• A very funky main menu theme
